We, State Licensed Ukrainian company Dnipro Maritime Services Ltd from Kherson city, would be honored to become your dedicated crew-source in Ukraine. We would like to offer you our service as Recruitment Agency for your Company. Dnipro Maritime Services Ltd founded and managed by Senior Merchant Marine Officers. We specialize in hiring the crew for vessels up to 30,000 DWT. Todays Ukrainian labor market gives us an opportunity to employ and be able to provide well-qualified, trained and experienced crew (Deck and Engine officers and ratings) in full compliance with STCW95 requirements. Our services (based on CREWMAN Cost + Fee) include but are not limited to the following: selection of candidates in full conformity with STCW95 requirements and owners criteria taking into account certain ship particulars (type, tonnage, main engine, propulsion plant, cargo gear, trading area, nationality of the crew and officers), salary, age, sea-going experience; pre-employment screening and evaluation procedures, medical and health criteria (ILO recommendations); pre joining crew briefing with companys policies and ships particulars; Individual Contract of Employment preparation on Owners behalf; conducting Union negotiations in Ukraine; procedures for joining the ship (visa arrangements, legal arrangements, air plane tickets booking and flights connection, domestic transportation of the crew); onboard performance monitoring and evaluation; INMARSAT communication with ships for onboard performance monitoring; scheduling of approved and successfully served crew for re-employment. Our usual fee is: single crewmember 25USD per month; crew for single ship 20USD per person per month; crew for fleet of ships 10USD per person per month. Please note that figures of fee given above are not fixed and might be changed to make it more convenient for you.
